Useful as expected with the necessary functions. The app works good and never closes unexpectedly.
I just updated the app, before it was in English and now its only in Korean language. Why now?
only Korean! So: only one star!!
Update: you can change to english: use the 3 lines on left side on the top go to the Wheel than to kr/ko than to the upper square than push "English".
This app is the best Ive seen for an air line. Very versatile, easy to use, and no glitches so far.
Its just perfect. Fast, easy to use and bug free. Usefull for who travells frequently with kal. You can check in, check schedules and even view tour videos. For now its got few city tours but the app came out 3 days ago, so theres plenty of time to finish it up! Perfect
it was in english when i installed it after the new update everything is in korean. how do they think we can use it now
Some bad moments
To use this application, or the online check-in from Korean Air, you need to subscribe to a Skypass account.
What about all the other Skyteam customers who use other airlines frequent flyer programs? Arent they entitled to some service from Korean Air and online check-in?
I downloaded the application but its not working waste of time
1) Please improve UI. Compared to other airline apps, very poor and ugly.
2) Please make iPhone 5-friendly.
3) Please add support for Passbook.
Was working fine till last update. Now crashes on starting app.
Since the most recent update a day or so ago the application now opens by default to the Korean interface and given that I dont read korean I have no idea how to use the app or change the interface language. It was working perfectly in English since I downloaded it.
Can you please fix that.
Very bad UI. Unintelligible interface. Not even passable as a web interface, which is what this should have been in the first place.
