March 17 2015 Update: Why would you remove Touch ID login from the app? Now I have to enter my user name and password every time I open the app... To check-in, to go through security, to board the plane... It is incredibly annoying. The Touch ID login in the previous version worked well. Additionally, Passbook support would be very help.
I am not sure why Korean Air has such weak online services. They try to blame it on Korean regulations, but they are behind the times when compared to other companies in Korea... This newly designed app demonstrates their inability to get it right... Trying to book a flight and cannot move past the options screen.
The newly designed website doesnt work (though it is pretty) and this app doesnt either. Still cannot book or pay for a flight online... I still have to continue to make phone calls to Korean Air and pay the higher prices.
Disappointed yet again.
