Its the mobile site without the browser. Horrible.

Just downloaded the app update and all the text switched to Korean. Now I cant do anything. Update: App is now displaying English again. 2016-09 Update: Every time the app updates the default text reverts to Korean. To correct this I have to remove the app and download it again.

Cant log in even after touch the log in button.

I travel a lot and this app has to be the most difficult and confusing app when it comes to airline apps. The app developer needs to benchmark some of their competition like Delta and United for version 2 of this app.

Good, perfect apps

This app has serious bugs. The new UI is great and all, but reservations keeps closing the app. I also cant actually see my boarding pass - get on it. Such a shame for a good airline.

I cant understand what kind of internal review process has given such a buggy app a green light.

Where is the apple passbook support? Why can’t you guys have something so basic?

This app does not display the reservation information correctly. The reservation info is missing or inaccurate. The Korean Air website however properly shows the reservation information. Something is wrong here. Please fix the errors quickly.

Obviously the first thing you notice is the new app icon, but everything else is the same. Theres still no option to change the apps interface language, it automatically defaults to Korean. Also, no passbook integration. I guess thats still in the works.

Slow app that seems to be just a fancy interface. App itself is full of errors and ridiculously slow connection speeds. Why are you making an app that doesnt work!!!!!!!

The new version is really nice. Faster and can book from my iPhone. However there wasnt a version made for iPad, so it looks really pathetic from my iPad Mini 3.

Language is all in Korean. How do I change it to English?

it was in english when i installed it after the new update everything is in korean. how do they think we can use it now
